We'll come to you to pick up your rug and then we'll take it to our cleaning facility to go through a rigorous Nine Phase Cleaning Process to ensure optimum spot and soil extraction. With the advantage of having your rugs cleaned at our location, we can apply several advanced solutions and clean it more completeley. We can also utilize better tools that are not available at your home or business.
| 1. Pre-Inspection and Pick Up | |
| We'll identify as much as we can about your rugs condition and necessary solution and procedure to clean it. We'll also share our anticipated cleaning plan with you. We can either come out to you, or you can drop of your rug(s) at our office location. |

2. Soil Extraction Handwoven rugs are especially good at hiding debris. In fact, a one-hundred square foot rug can hide almost 90 pounds of dirt. Isn't that disturbing? We'll use various techniques to remove dust and debris from both sides of the rug. This is a crucial step in the cleaning of any fabric. |

| 3. Pre-Condition Depending on the rug fiber and type of stain, the rug will be treated with the best solution to lift and loosen soils. |

4. Fringing and Pre-Spotting Fringe and problem areas get special attention with a pretreatment for optimized extraction of dirt and debris. |

| 5. Shampoo We'll then service your rug with a shampoo designed specifically for the fiber and type of stains incurred. This is done by utilizing products that are gentle with the most delicate of fibers. |

| 6. Rinse or Wash | |
| We'll then employ the latest equipment to wash both sides of your rug. |

Step 7: Speed Dry After we successfully remove problem areas and dirt or debris, we'll dry your rugs by either hanging them or on a flat surface. The goal is to properly dry them to avoid improper shrinkage. |

| Step 8: Finishing When your rug is dry, we'll apply soft combing and grooming |

Step 9: Post Inspection and Delivery Our cleaning specialist will give the rug a final inspection and release it for pick up or delivery. Your rug will be wrapped in brown craft paper to protect it from dust and environmental soils until it is picked up or delivered. Upon delivery, we will lay the rug for you. |
