12 Step Carpet Cleaning Process
- Pre-Inspection - Technicians will pre-inspect with customers to determine areas of concern.
- Professional Vacuuming - A commercial heavy duty vacuum will be used to remove dry, abrasive, gritty fiber damaging soils.
- Furniture Moving - Furniture will be carefully moved and replaced on special protectors o prevent rust or furniture stains.
- Baseboard Cleaning - When we move your heavy furniture we’ll also clean the dust and soil from the exposed baseboards!
- Speed Drying - While we’re cleaning we’ll set up commercial air moving equipment to get carpets as dry as possible before we leave.
- Pretreatment - Carpet will be treated with special cleaning agents to break down and suspend difficult soils prior to extraction.
- Heavy Duty Hot Water Extraction - Suspended soils will be quickly flushed away out of your carpet and you home by our hot water extraction process.
- Spotting - Special agents will be used to remove any difficult or persistent spots.
- Sanitizing Deodorizer - Carpets will be treated with a sanitizing deodorizers to help remove germs and odors. Carpets are left clean, sanitary and smelling as clean as they look.
- Carpet Protectant (1 year warranty) - We’ll apply genuine 3M Scotchgard® carpet protector to your carpet for maximum spill and soil protection. And you’ll have the additional benefit of a one year stain warranty.
- Final Finishing - We’ll carefully set the pile of your carpet for maximum appearance, softness and rapid drying. Carpets will be left with a beautiful finished look.
- Post Inspection - our technicians will post inspect with customers the areas of concern.
Gold Package
You receive all of the above with the exception of your needing to choose between the moving of your furniture or 3M Scotchgard® carpet protectant which includes a one year warranty.
Silver Package
Very simple cleaning for the price conscious customer. You'll enjoy everything above with the exception of moving of your furniture, baseboard cleaning, speed drying and 3M Scotchgard® carpet protectant.
